Products without a prescription
Products without a prescription can be returned within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. Before this period ends, send an email to [email protected] with your name, address, and order number — we'll take care of the rest.
Do you have a subscription? Then you need to send the product back to the pharmacy within 14 days of your notification.
Prescription products
Unfortunately we cannot take back prescription medication, even if it is unused or unopened. This has to do with:
Personal use — Your medication is prescribed specifically for you and is intended for your use only. Passing it on to others is therefore not allowed.
Storage conditions — Once the medication is in your home, we can no longer verify that it has been stored correctly and is still safe and effective.
Legal obligation — Pharmacies are legally required to destroy returned medication, even if it is unopened. Redistributing it is not permitted.
We understand this can be disappointing. These rules exist to protect your health and safety — we take no risks with that.
