If you have an active subscription, you can easily cancel your next delivery by cancelling your subscription. There will then be no payment and no delivery. You can do this via your personal account.

Have you already paid for your delivery? Then you can still cancel it by sending a message to customer service. PLEASE NOTE: cancellation is only possible as long as the pharmacy has not yet sent your medication. For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot take back medication that has been sent and cancellation is no longer possible.
