The process of a Goodweigh order runs in 4 steps:
Step 1: Payment, ID verification, and questionnaire (immediately after completion)
Once payment has been processed, the ID has been verified, and the medical questionnaire has been filled in, the request is sent directly to a doctor.
Step 2: Review by the doctor (48 to 72 hours)
The doctor carefully reviews the request based on the answers and medical history. In some cases, the doctor may ask additional questions, which can extend the turnaround time.
Step 3: Approval and pharmacy processing (usually within 24 hours after doctor approval)
Once the doctor approves, the prescription is automatically forwarded to the pharmacy, which prepares and packages the order according to applicable guidelines.
Step 4: Shipping and delivery (1 to 3 working days from shipment)
After processing by the pharmacy, a confirmation follows by email with a delivery appointment. There is 24 hours after receiving the delivery appointment to change the delivery date and/or choose a time slot. Delivery is handled by AMP.
Total turnaround time: on average 3 to 6 working days from request to delivery, depending on the doctor's review time and AMP's delivery time.
